Because the skin on our neck and décolletage is three times thinner than the skin on our faces, it is more prone to early ageing. It also lacks the regenerative abilities needed to recover from harm. Since we approach 40, many women's décolletages become a serious cosmetic issue, as a wrinkled décolletage can disclose a woman's age just as quickly as her hands.

The procedure takes 15-30 minutes, including the additional time needed to discuss your goals for the non-surgical treatment. Before treatment, Hunar Clinic carefully marks the area to guarantee that the substance is administered accurately to the regions agreed upon during the consultation.
You may suffer some discomfort during the treatment, so a local anaesthetic should be used prior, or some dermal fillers come with a local anaesthetic (0.3 per cent lidocaine) included for a more comfortable treatment.
Dermal fillers comprise Hyaluronic Acid, a long-lasting but not permanent injectable chemical made from natural and synthetic materials that have been designed to restore skin to its youthful appearance.

AFTERCARE
The area may be red, swollen, and in some cases, slight bruising after the treatment, but the aesthetic results will be noticeable right away. Due to your reaction, it may take up to ten days for the complete results to appear, as each patient is different.
Dermal Fillers are long-lasting but not permanent, and depending on the area treated, Ellanse can last up to 12 months or longer, but repeated treatments are required to maintain the appearance.
Women sometimes overlook the décolletage, believing that skincare and sun protection ends at the chin. Dr Prerna Mittal advises wearing sunscreen all year round on your face, décolletage, and other regions that are exposed to the sun.
