Tear Trough Filler
Suffering from dark circles under your eye can make you look tired and older than you actually are; dermal fillers will restore volume to the eye area giving you a more youthful appearance
The tear trough area is below the lower lid and above the cheek. As we age we lose volume and elasticity in this area the skin sags and becomes thinner with age, creating dark shadows which makes us look old and tired. Using dermal fillers to treat this area helps to rejuvenate tired eyes as it smoothes out the dark hollows giving the patient a revitalised and well rested appearance.
The benefits are:
- short treatment time
- no scarring or general anaesthetic
- patients can return to work/home immediately as there is no downtime
- natural results
- performed by a qualified doctor
- Book a consultation here with Dr Prerna Mittal to ensure this procedure is right for you.
*Patients experiences will vary dependent on age, lifestyle and medical history
There is no downtime; the patient will see the results immediately but may experience some redness, bruising and swelling, which can, patient dependent take a few days to dissipate.
Dr Prerna Mittal suggests lying on your back for several nights, where possible, to give the area time to settle down. Don’t touch your face, apply make-up and avoid strenuous exercise for up to six hours on the day of treatment.
To maintain these results the patient will be required to visit the Clinic for additional top-up treatments.
